One of the many reason we love calling this area our home is all of the rugged mountains that we have access to.

Rocky Mountain National Park is a wonderful place to check out during the weekdays, it has some of the most beautiful hiking and breathtaking views in Colorado. Expect a scenic 45 minute drive to Estes Park from Longmont.

We would recommend not heading to this part of the mountains during the weekend as it gets really busy.

Check out the beautiful flatirons that make up the Boulder backdrop. You can hike all around them or drive up Flagstaff Road to realization point for a fantastic view.

Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall is about 20 minute drive from our house. Great bars like Avanti with their rooftop, street performers, shopping, great food(Centro Mexican Kitchen) and much more to see.
